We just returned from a buying trip in the steamy, lovely, chaotic, gaharu-saturated lands of South East Asia. For us, that means we got to hang out, eat satay, and try to speak in languages we don’t really know too well. For you, it means you have a new wood that can go directly to you red-hot smoldering burners by the name of Burmi Shan.
Think nutty, peppery, with hints of spice and caramel. Ends with a heady, chocolaty finish. Our new Burmi Shan is an excellent example of a forest oud from this region that’s easy on the wallet.
