Return Policy

Oud Oils & Raw Oud Wood

Due to the pure, natural nature of our oud oils and raw oud wood — products that are weighed by the gram and unsealed upon opening — we are unable to accept returns once a purchase is made. This protects the integrity of every order we send out.

If you're unsure which product is right for you, reach out before you buy. We're happy to answer questions, make recommendations, and point you toward sample sizes where available. We'd rather spend time helping you choose well than have you end up with something that doesn't fit.

Perfume Oil Blends

Not happy with a blend? Email us at help@oudimentary.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns on unused, unopened blends are accepted with a 25% restocking fee. We'll walk you through the process from there.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away at help@oudimentary.com and we'll sort it out.
