Our customer favorite! Thin, lightly-colored pieces, are packed with the Cambodian sweetness so popular in the oud world. With notes of leather, chicory, and cherry tobacco, this oud wood is superior for scenting clothes—and rooms—and pairs beautifully with one of our Cambodi or Thai oud oils. Sourced directly from the mountainous border region between Cambodia and Thailand.
If you follow the Ayeyarwady River from its delta in the Indian Ocean to its beginnings in Burma’s Mountainous Kachin State, you will find an inhospitable land filled with tribal peoples, warlords, dense jungles and… you guessed it. Gaharu. Aloeswood. Oud. Call it what you want. Beautiful and bubbling. This Burmese regular is an excellent example of a forest oud wood from this region. From the Northern Burmese-Thai border. Nutty, peppery, with hints of spice and caramel. Ends with a heady, chocolaty finish. Don’t miss out, oud-enthusiasts!
Super Cambodi is a classic oud oil with bold undertones of sweet wood, musk, and fresh tobacco. The dry down offers hints of fruit, cork, leather, and molasses and carries a syrupy smokiness akin to that found in burnable raw oud wood.
This resin, known as al-Hojari, is one of the highest qualities available in this famed olibanum-producing country. It is from the mountainous Dhofar region, which is known for its high-scented olibanum because of its arid climate and inhospitable terrain. It is under these circumstances that the resin production is at its best.
Our al-Hojari frankincense has all of the classic balsam-citrus notes one would expect from olibanum of this quality, without any of the harsher tones which often come with inferior olibanum.
Embrace the ancient today.
