Notes: Cinnamon, tamarind, berry, cherry tobacco, sweet wood

After a long hiatus, Oudimentary is happy to have a Malaysian oil back on its roster! We picked this one up on our last buying trip in South East Asia, and are happy to add it to our ever growing list of our oils.

Hailing from the border between Malaysia and Thailand, on the Northeastern most part of the Malaysian peninsula, our Malaysian Premier is a unique example of a Malaysian oil with sweet notes more common to Cambodian oils. Aged over a decade, wild harvested.

The initial hit is subdued spice with main notes of cinnamon and tamarind. The berry notes begin soon after, and continue, softening into a nice cherry tobacco and sweet wood dry down.

Oudify your life with some of our Malaysian Premier!

I am greatly satisfied with my order. I was expecting something stronger and more piercing. This oil has zero barnyard or fermented notes. It is an organically distilled oil which is very meditative and calming

Love, love LOVE Malaysian Premier!

The scentS of Oud can all vary so much! From dark & woody, to high-pitched & sweet. I like this Malaysian treasure because, it has a dark undertone but with a BITE of tangy-ness up top. Great find!
